First Bet Promotions 

First bet promotions usually break down like this: After signing up for the promotion and making a wager, if that bet loses, you are awarded site credit in the amount of the losing bet, up to a certain amount.

You have a certain amount of time to use that credit on a new wager, usually between 14-30 days. If that wager wins, you can withdraw the winnings but not the credit. Convenient NFL Live Streaming

One of my FAVORITE things about Fanatics Sportsbook is its NFL live streaming. The app began quietly streaming NFL games that bettors wager on if it is broadcasted in their regional market, but I’m going to be loud about it because I think more people should be aware of this feature.

You only have to place a $1+ wager on a locally broadcasted NFL game to receive access to the stream, which is obviously a lot cheaper than other streaming means.

Great Navigation and Speed

The app has entered the modern landscape thanks to its search function and quick loading times. You can build complicated bet slips with ease and find the most popular players right on the homepage, which is great inspiration if you’re not sure what to take a chance on that day.

Good Value on Odds

Fanatics Sportsbook’s odds are pretty competitive in the grand scheme of things, and thanks to its welcome offer and other ongoing promos, you should be able to make your dollar go far here.

Stellar Brand Recognition

In case you’re not aware, Fanatics is the behemoth sports merchandising company with exclusive contracts with every major sports league and many colleges. If you go to any sports team website and look at the selection of t-shirts and hats, you are part of “A Fanatics Experience.”

Of course, Fanatics Sportsbook adheres to all legal and licensing requirements, but it’s nice to know that they also have a strong brand backing them. They want to protect their merchandising empire at all costs and wouldn’t do anything sketchy on the sportsbook front to jeopardize that.

Cons of Fanatics Sportsbook App

While the Fanatics Sportsbook app has mostly treated me well, I acknowledge that there are some areas for improvement:

Hyper-Realistic Design

I can’t quite explain it, and this might boil down more to personal preference than anything, but the app’s design is… interesting. It has almost a hyper-realistic feel that I’m not used to sportsbooks implementing. The photography clashes with the more graphic elements within the app, but overall, it’s not a dealbreaker.

Subpar Customer Service

I believe customer service is Fanatics Sportsbook’s greatest shortcoming, and other users seem to agree. It’s hard to get in contact with representatives when you need help, and when you finally do, the support is subpar.

Lack of Desktop Site

There’s no Fanatics Sportsbook site to review as, well, there’s no site. Well, there’s no site besides a promotional page that directs users to download the app.
