Eagles vs. Chiefs: Super Bowl LVII Expert Betting Picks
DeVonta Smith Over 61.5 Receiving Yards
- Current Odds: -119 on Caesars
A.J. Brown may not be lighting up the box score, but his presence on the field continues to open it up for the rest of the Birds’ offense. Across the last eight weeks, Brown and Smith have an identical target market share. Smith has had no fewer than eight targets in any game since 11/14 – except for last game’s thumping of the 49ers. There was no need to throw the ball in the second half and I am more than willing to throw that game out. Except for the 49ers’ game, Smith has hit this number in seven of those 10 games since Nov. 14. The Chiefs give up a ton of targets to opposing receivers (compared to tight ends and running backs), while I believe Smith (and Goedert) will continue to thrive on the other side of AJB. – TheLuuch (Justin Carlucci)
Kenneth Gainwell Over 18.5 Rushing Yards
- Current Odds: -114 on FanDuel
I know that it’s been largely because of blowouts, but Gainwell has been used a lot in the rushing game, putting up 14, 12, 5 carries to go along with 48, 112, and 35 rushing yards, respectively, across the last three games. I currently have him projected at a 60% chance of winning this bet, making this great odds, while most other books have already moved the line to 19.5 with heavy juice on the over. Gainwell should be used in the offense a decent amount, regardless of the game script, and if this game starts to get out of hand on either side, I won’t be surprised to see him get some more work. – Gneiffer07 (Grant Neiffer)
Travis Kelce Anytime Touchdown
- Current Odds: -114 on Caesars
It’s just too low of a price for Kelce to score a touchdown. He is by far the number one option in the red zone for the Chiefs. This should be a very high-scoring, back-and-forth game. Kelce will get his and I wouldn’t be surprised if he scored two touchdowns in this one (might be worth a +500 long shot). Kansas City Chiefs Over 22.5 Points
- Current Odds: -180 on PointsBet
Sometimes you just have to take the money and run. This is one of those situations. The Chiefs will be able to put up points in this game and getting a slight bump at Pointsbet feels like the right play. If you don’t want to get in on it as a straight play, you could easily add this into a parlay and end up with plus odds.
