Free NBA Betting Pick For Today
NBA Player Prop – Jaylen Brown
I know, I know, unders are no fun, but I have to write what I bet. Since I don’t want to touch the spread in either game tonight, I need to find some props to bet!. Brown has gone over this total in the last two games of this series, but is 2-5 against this total during the playoffs. The last time these two teams met, Jayson Tatum scored only 10 points and was 4-19 from the court.
If your number one option doesn’t have his offensive prowess on point, clearly the pressure will be put on the second option, which is exactly what happened last game. With Brown being forced to make up for Tatum’s absolute dud of a performance, he still only managed 27 points. I expect a much better performance from Tatum in this outing, and for Brown to go back to his secondary role. Look for Tatum to establish rhythm early, and if he finds it, Brown’s under looks live a very good solid bet.
- Pick: Jaylen Brown under 25.5 Total Points (-130), PointsBet
NBA Single Game Parlay – Boston @ Milwaukee
- Under 212.5 Total Points
- Jaylen Brown Under 25.5 Points
- Al Horford Over 9.5 Rebounds
- SGP Total Odds: +700, DraftKings
MLB Betting Picks For Today
MLB Player Prop – Mookie Bets
I always like to attack the road leadoff hitter, especially against a strike-throwing pitcher, who has practically no strikeout ability. The good control of Jose Quintana will lead to a lot of contact and that really fits into the skill set of Mookie Betts. Betts has some of the best batted-ball skills in the majors and could go over this total in one at bat. I like the odds the books are giving on this prop and this should win more than 50% of the time.
- Pick: Mookie Betts over 1.5 total bases (+100), Multiple Sportsbooks
Philadelphia Phillies @ Seattle Mariners
I always like to find value when betting the moneyline in the MLB. You can make the case pretty easily that the Phillies have the advantage in every category in this game, except for the fact that they don’t get the last half inning to hit. Ranger Suarez and Chris Flexen are practically the same pitcher, offering good control and low strikeout rate. Heck, they even have the same K prop with the exact same juice.
It’s the Phillies’ bats that give me the big edge over the Mariners. Chris Flexen will really need BABIP to be on his side this evening because if it’s not this will be a short evening for him against this star-studded lineup of the Phillies. I think that the Phillies should be bigger than -120 favorites in this game, so at even money, I have to bet on it.
- Pick: Phillies, Moneyline (+105), BetMGM

Colorado Avalanche @ Nashville Predators
I fully expect the Avalanche to win this game, but I am not going to lay -250. I think that the Predators will continue to struggle to defend the powerhouse Avalanche squad and won’t have an answer for MacKinnon and his linemates. With the Predators playing at home, and fighting for their playoff live, I expect them to be able to put up goals like they did in Game 3.
Keep in mind that the Avalanche have gone over this total twice by themselves in this series, and I fully expect them to score at least 4 goals in this game. The Predators simply don’t have the goaltending with Juuse Saros still on the sidelines with a lower body injury.
- Pick: Over 6.5 total goals (-115), DraftKings
