Free NBA Betting Pick For Friday
NBA Player Prop – DeMar DeRozan
After his very poor 6-25 shooting effort in Game 1, DeRozan came back with a huge offensive Game 2 shooting 16-31 and scoring 41 points. Now the series shifts to Chicago, and I like for him to carry that momentum into this game.
He should be a lock for 40 minutes, and with Middleton out, I am not concerned about the Bucks blowing out this game. I don’t think Zach Lavine looks right. He hasn’t been the same high usage player that he has been in the past, which is another reason I’m backing DeRozan. It seems as if DeMar has taken over the true alpha role in this offense and I think he gets to 30 points pretty easily.
- PICK: DeMar DeRozan over 29.5 Points (-115), DraftKings

MLB Player Prop – Freddy Peralta
When I decide to make a bet in the strikeout prop market, I am trying to evaluate how efficient the pitcher has to be to get over or under the prop. I think Peralta will have to be super efficient to hit this over against the Phillies today. Peralta has really struggled in his first two outings and has not been able to get to the fifth inning.
A matchup against the Phillies on the road is not what I want to see if I have been struggling on the season. Yes, there are certainly some K’s in the Phillies lineup, but I also see a lineup stacked with professional hitters, who can do damage against anyone, while driving up pitch counts. If Peralta doesn’t have his good control, going he just won’t be in the game long enough to get over this strikeout prop.
- PICK: Freddy Peralta Under 6.5 Strikeouts (-135), DraftKings
Milwaukee @ Philadelphia
As you read above I am bearish on Peralta today and on the season I am bearish on Brewers for the season as a whole. The Brewers are decent, don’t get me wrong, but they seem to be a lineup that is full of hitters who are declining quickly. They are off to a hot start and have won four games in a row, but I think Vegas sees something that I agree with.
The Phillies are a far superior team and Ranger Suarez is far above average pitcher. The Phillies despite their early struggles are team chalk full of power and can break a game wide open against anyone. I think that they start turning things around on their season today against a struggling Peralta and can handle the Brewers bats without too much damage. I think the -125 is good value. I have seen lines higher on this game at sharper books.
- PICK: Philadelphia, Moneyline (-125), FanDuel
Free NHL Betting Pick For Today
NHL Player Prop – Nazim Kadri
After a three week absence due to injury Kadri suited up two nights ago against Seattle and played 21 minutes and posted four shots on goal and an assist. Seattle does a very good suppressing shot volume and he still went over this 3.5 SOG prop. Edmonton plays at a very fast pace and is not a very good defensive team. Kadri should be able to get over this prop pretty easily in a road matchup. There is a lot of value in this line if you can get it at +120 or better.
- PICK: Nazim Kadri over 3.5 Shots on Goal (+130), Multiple Sportsbooks
